I’ve spent the last nine years test­ing com­plex sys­tems across health­care, e‑commerce, bank­ing, and logis­tics, from mobile apps to ware­house ful­fill­ment inte­gra­tions. I speak at con­fer­ences world­wide about AI in test­ing, cog­ni­tive bias, sys­tems think­ing, and how to lead with­out author­i­ty.

I’m cur­rent­ly Senior Qual­i­ty Engi­neer at Seek­Well (1–800 Con­tacts), where I lead qual­i­ty prac­tices, devel­op train­ing cur­ric­u­la, and test every­thing from eye exams to ware­house ful­fill­ment sys­tems. I also serve as QE Com­mu­ni­ty Lead, pub­lish­ing a biweek­ly newslet­ter and stan­dard­iz­ing test­ing prac­tices across the orga­ni­za­tion.
